After a year of Nashville bees doing their work and a year of the microbes doing their work we are extremely happy to present “Abeille” in 500ml green bottles clocking in at 10%.
This marriage of local honey from our own Yazoo bee hives in the Bells Bend farmland area of Nashville with a Wild Imperial Saison (that includes local yeasts) creates bold bright notes of Pear, Citrus, Black Pepper and Wildflowers. Lightly carbonated and very dry to allow the full expressiveness of our Yazoo honey.
